This will be a quick post for a quick read :)
Artemis Fowl is a book that I loved when I was younger so I was stressed to read it again. What if it wasn't as good as I remembered? What if I had to come to terms with the fact that baby me didn't have good taste?
It was just as good as I remembered it so I am still confident in the fact that baby me had good taste so I don't have to have an existential crisis on the topic today. Hooray!
Artemis Fowl is a 12 year old criminal mastermind who is young enough to believe in magic and old enough to want to abuse the power. So he plots to steal some fairy gold. Much craziness ensues.
Eoin Colfer is an amazing author who creates dynamic and interesting characters and a story that can appeal to a variety of audiences. I can't wait to continue reading the rest of this series that I loved as I kid. And I have high hopes for the movie that will be coming out August 2019!
I don't have much to say by way of review other than the book is a fun and fast read and I would recommend it for people of all ages.
